With over 200 employees and 40+ locations across the country, we are here to serve our clients <em>beyond</em> what is expected.</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>Choreo Advisors is seeking a Manager, Partner Relationships to support and deepen strategic partnerships with accounting firms. This role is not a traditional sales position—instead, it is focused on delivering high-quality partner experience, ensuring commitments are met, and helping embed Choreo within partner firms.</p> <p>The ideal candidate thrives in a relationship-driven, execution-focused environment and is motivated by enabling others’ success through organization, preparation, and follow-through.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for CPA and accounting firm partners</li> <li>Coordinate and deliver partner reporting, updates, and presentations</li> <li>Support educational initiatives, including joint advisor/CPA sessions and events</li> <li>Manage logistics and preparation to make partner engagement seamless for advisors</li> <li>Track and manage partner interactions through CRM systems</li> <li>Ensure consistent follow-through on commitments and action items</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Success Metrics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Depth and quality of relationships with partner firms</li> <li>Degree to which Choreo Advisors becomes embedded within partner organizations</li> <li>Consistency and quality of execution across partner deliverables</li> <li>Contribution to expanding formal CPA partnerships from approximately 5–6 to 25 over the next three years</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, or related field preferred</li> <li>5+ years of experience in relationship management, client service, or partnership support roles</li> <li>Experience working with CPA firms, financial advisors, or within wealth management is highly preferred</li> <li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li> <li>Proficiency with CRM systems and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relationship-oriented mindset with a strong service focus</li> <li>High attention to detail and execution excellence</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Collaborative, team-first approach</li> <li>Proactive and solutions-oriented</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Travel is expected as part of the role</li> <li>Charlotte is strongly preferred; exceptional remote candidates may be considered</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Employee Benefits</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":2,"335551620":2}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">At Choreo, we provide a holistic, total reward offering to empower our teams in their professional and personal lives.
