Join us!</p></div><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p> <p>BlinkRx is building the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud — a centralized platform that reimagines how branded medications reach patients. At the core of this model is a high-performing national pharmacy fulfillment network. We are seeking a strategic operator to help design, scale, and optimize this network.</p> <p>You will own critical external partnerships while operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution. You will identify structural opportunities, solve ambiguous operational challenges, and help build the systems — including AI-enabled workflows and automation infrastructure — that power a next-generation healthcare platform. <strong>This role is ideal for someone coming from consulting or a high-growth environment who wants to move from influencing decisions to owning results.</strong></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Own:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Network Strategy & Performance Architecture</li> <ul> <li>Develop and refine the operating model for BlinkRx’s national pharmacy network</li> <li>Define performance frameworks across cost, service levels, scalability, and risk</li> <li>Identify structural improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis</li> <li>Lead executive-level business reviews focused on strategic optimization and long-term partnership evolution</li> <li>Translate insights into clear action plans with measurable impact</li> </ul> <li>Cross-Functional Leadership</li> <ul> <li>Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Finance, Legal, and Patient Services to drive complex initiatives</li> <li>Convert ambiguous business problems into structured workstreams</li> <li>Ensure network considerations are embedded in product design and growth planning</li> <li>Drive initiatives end-to-end — from hypothesis through implementation</li> </ul> <li>Strategic Partner Management</li> <ul> <li>Serve as a senior point of contact for key pharmacy partners</li> <li>Elevate relationships from transactional to strategic and performance-oriented</li> <li>Navigate negotiations, incentive alignment, and contractual discussions</li> <li>Balance partner collaboration with performance accountability</li> </ul> <li>Operating System Execution</li> <ul> <li>Build scalable mechanisms for SLA governance, risk mitigation, and escalation management</li> <li>Design playbooks and SOPs that are built for automation-readiness and enable growth without operational fragility</li> <li>Support new partner onboarding and network expansion strategy</li> <li>Continuously improve the feedback loops between network performance and internal execution</li> </ul> <li>AI, Automation & Operational Scale</li> <ul> <li>Identify automation opportunities across network workflows and partner operations, and prioritize them by impact and feasibility</li> <li>Partner with Product & Engineering to scope, build, and deploy tooling that reduces manual effort and improves SLA performance</li> <li>Champion AI-assisted workflows across the function — from order operations to reporting to partner communications</li> <li>Translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements</li> <li>Build feedback loops that continuously surface inefficiencies and convert them into automation roadmap inputs</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–8+ years in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth environment</li> <li>Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact</li> <li>Strong structured problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity</li> <li>Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive-level communication</li> <li>Experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally</li> <li>High ownership mindset — you don’t wait for clarity; you create it</li> <li>Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven process…
