Effective objective set, motivation and control of the team

Distribute team workload, task prioritization, and change management

Prepare the team development plan and control it

Track team performance and report (on an individual level, on project level)

Initiate and execute complex research projects which result in a recommendation for action with sizeable benefits for the Company

Participate in Company's projects development with full responsibility for a specific part

Provide regular and ad-hoc reports

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing 5+ years

Well-developed managerial skills

Team management experience 3+ years

Understanding of internet marketing, e-commerce principles, UI/UX

Well-developed analytical skills

Well-developed communication skills
