Reddit is seeking a sales leader for our Global Strategic Accounts organization. This team is a specialized group within Global Large Customer Sales that oversees Reddit’s most significant global advertising partners end-to end, by leading joint business planning, global strategy, and cross-regional execution

In this role, you will actively develop and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the fast-growing Reddit platform.

Please note that this role is required to be based in person in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team of Sales Managers, Client Partners, and Account Managers, focused on Reddit’s most complex and valuable global partnerships.

• Drive global revenue growth by identifying opportunities in both new and existing markets.

• Work across internal teams - regional sales, marketing, product, and business development - to ensure partner goals are met and expectations exceeded.

• Advise sales and product management regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources, and strategic planning.

• Partner with Marketing to drive new product launches and marketing communications.

• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets and ensure alignment with the strategic plan.

• Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination with internal teams to deliver a unified, world-class client experience.

• Be a thought leader while contributing to the greater Media & Entertainment vertical strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in digital media sales and/or marketing

• Team leadership experience

• Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships

• Expert in digital media with an emphasis on paid social

• Experience navigating complex global organizations and engaging with executive-level Media & Entertainment stakeholders

• Experience thinking and acting globally to unlock revenue for Reddit in the US and all major markets

• Excellent communication skills and executive presence

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Experience with both brand and direct-response marketing objectives

• Prior startup or high-growth experience preferred, builders wanted!

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission.
