They are currently looking for a **Manager Accounts Payable & Treasury** to join their Brussels office.

* **Lead, coach and develop** a team within **Accounts Payable** and **Treasury** * Responsible for recruitment, performance management and team development * Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and bank transactions * **Oversee** month-end and quarter-end **closings** within AP & Treasury * Guarantee the quality, accuracy and **compliance** of **financial processes** * Organise, monitor and **optimise workflows** * Drive continuous **improvement of processes** and systems * Ensure strong i**nternal controls** and compliance with regulations * Act as a **key stakeholder** and business partner within **Finance** and across departments
