Our client is looking for **Junior Maintenance Technicians / Electromechanics** who have a technical education and are motivated to develop their skills through comprehensive on-the-job training.

Without reliable maintenance, there is no quality! As a Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the smooth operation of production by performing preventive maintenance, identifying technical issues, and supporting continuous improvements.

During approximately the first year, you will work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts) while completing your training. After your training period, you must be willing to work night shifts as part of the regular production schedule.

Comprehensive on-the-job training and coaching by experienced technicians.

**Salary & Benefits:** Salary depending on experience: **€3,100 - €3,800 gross/month**.

Shift allowance: €1.16/hour (early shift)/€2.19/hour (afternoon shift)Meal vouchers (€7.40/day).12 additional ADV vacation days.
