**What will you be doing at Agristo?** As a maintenance technician, you're passionate about ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our machines and installations. Your objective? To ensure smooth operation and minimise downtime.
* Set an example by following the prescribed guidelines and procedures for a (food) safe, environmentally friendly and orderly working environment. * As a technician, you recognise potential problems before they cause breakdowns. You report these observations accurately, enabling us to act proactively and minimise unscheduled downtime. * You carry out planned maintenance tasks, such as inspections, lubrications, adjustments and replacements. * You will work closely with our operational teams and your technical colleagues to optimise the maintenance plan. * You will provide the necessary support and follow-up to external collaborators to ensure that their contribution is effective and efficient. In addition, you will mentor technical trainees and new employees to help them progress in their role. * You will keep accurate records of maintenance work carried out, using the maintenance software (Ultimo).

Gevraagde vaardigheden
- De werking van het materiaal, de instrumentengegevens (druk, debiet, temperatuur, ...) en de kritieke punten (slijtage, smering, ...) controleren
- Mechanische stukken, onderdelen en systemen op maat brengen, vormgeven en aanpassen aan de installatie
- Preventieve of correctieve onderhoudsinterventies bepalen volgens de aard van de werkzaamheden (inwerkingstelling, productiewijziging, ...) of de onderhoudshistoriek
- Het preventieve onderhoud van de mechanische uitrustingen uitvoeren (schoonmaken, smeren, bijstellen, aandraaien, ...)
- De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst
- Technische ondersteuning verlenen aan de afdelingen productie, kwaliteit, onderhoud, ...
- De conformiteit van de werking van de installaties verzekeren (standaardinstellingen, veiligheid, milieu, ...)
- Defecte mechanische stukken en onderdelen vervangen of herstellen, testen en afregelen (tandwieldrijfwerk, lagers, kettingwielen, ...)
