Due to further growth of the Wielsbeke site, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician in 2 shifts. As a preventive maintenance technician, you are passionate about ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our machines and installations. Your goal? Ensure smooth operation and minimise downtime.

* Be an example in adhering to prescribed guidelines and procedures for a (food) safe, environmentally conscious, and orderly working environment.
* As a technician, you recognise potential problems before they cause breakdowns. You report these findings accurately, allowing us to act proactively and minimise unplanned downtime.
* You perform scheduled maintenance tasks, such as inspections, lubrications, adjustments and replacements.
* You work closely with our operational teams and your technical colleagues to optimise the maintenance plan.
* You provide external employees with the necessary support and follow-up to make their contribution effective and efficient. You also supervise technical trainees and new employees to help them grow in their roles.
* You keep accurate records of maintenance work carried out, using the maintenance software (Ultimo).
