This role balances leadership, technical expertise, and execution, ensuring equipment uptime and plant performance through strong preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>The Maintenance Manager builds team capability, drives accountability, and partners cross-functionally to support production, customer needs, and asset performance.</p> <hr> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years in maintenance leadership roles</li> <li>Strong background in industrial maintenance (mechanical/electrical systems)</li> <li>Experience with CMMS systems and work order processes</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and develop teams</li> <li>Process oriented, results driven</li> <li>Technology –Efficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word), and able to use them to communicate priorities, issues and opportunities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or higher in a technical field</li> <li>Experience with packaging or automated manufacturing systems</li> <li>Lean / CI experience (TPM, Six Sigma, etc.)</li> <li>Project management and capital installation experience</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>Safety </u></strong></p> <ol> <li>Foster a proactive safety culture in all maintenance activities</li> <li>Ensure full compliance with:</li> <ul> <li>OSHA, LOTO, electrical safety, confined space, hot work, working at heights</li> </ul> <li>Ensure all maintenance work is executed safely and equipment operates safely</li> <li>Lead safety observations and risk elimination efforts</li> <li>Maintain strong 5S and housekeeping standards across all maintenance areas</li> </ol> <p><strong><u>Quality</u></strong></p> <ol> <li>Ensure all equipment supports consistent, quality output</li> <li>Support investigations into quality issues and corrective actions</li> <li>Maintain compliance with internal standards, audits, and applicable regulation</li> <li>Ensure equipment is set up and maintained to support efficient production</li> <li>Support production start-ups, transitions, and troubleshooting in real time</li> <li>Champion continuous improvement using Lean / CI tools</li> <li>Provide technical input on equipment design, upgrades, and process</li> </ol> <p><strong><u>People</u></strong></p> <ol> <li>Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians into a high-performing team</li> <li>Build technical capability through structured training and skill development</li> <li>Set clear goals and expectations for performance, accountability, and work quality</li> <li>Identify and develop future leaders within the team</li> <li>Drive engagement, recognition, and a culture of ownership</li> <li>Partner with Site Operations, Engineering and Corporate Teams to support  the site</li> </ol> <p><strong><u>Productivity</u></strong></p> <ol> <li>Own and execute the site maintenance strategy, including:</li> <ul> <li>Preventive Maintenance (PM)</li> <li>Predictive / condition-based maintenance (as applicable)</li> </ul> <li>Ensure all PMs and work orders are completed safely, on time, and correctly</li> <li>Drive improvements in equipment uptime, reliability, and responsiveness</li> <li>Lead troubleshooting and ensure rapid, effective resolution of equipment issues</li> <li>Perform and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes</li> <li>Reduce repeat failures and unplanned downtime through structured problem-solving</li> <li>Own and improve the CMMS</li> <ul> <li>Work orders, PM schedules, asset history, and spare parts</li> </ul> <li>Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance activity and downtime</li> <li>stablish strong planning and scheduling discipline aligned to production needs</li> <li>Maintain appropriate spare parts inventory to support uptime</li> <li>Use data and trends to prioritize work and drive decision-making</li> </ol> <p><strong><u>Customer Value</u></strong></p> <ol> <li>Support capital projects, installations, and equipment upgrades</li> <li>Participate in design reviews, commissioning, and launch readiness</li> <li>Evaluate new technologies that improve safety, reliability, or productivity</li> <li>Manage vendors, contractors, and external technical resources as needed<strong><u> </u></strong></li> </ol> <p><strong><u>Financial</u></strong></p> <ol> <li>Manage maintenance budget, repair costs, and service spending</li> <li>Understand and provide ROI or other financial analysis…
