About this role

Up to $6,800 Basic+ Variable bonus

2 x M&E QS openings/ Permanent position/ 5 work days

New Building project @ Central area.

Having experience in M&E Quantity Survey work is preferred.

Our client is a reputable MNC and a leading A1 main contractor, diverse in civil and building projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all work related to M&E Quantity Surveyor duties.

Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on the progress claim.

Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.

Preparing cost estimation and identifying variation works.

To source quotations from sub-contractors and prepare cost comparisons, negotiate, and award contracts

Variation order or EOT claims

Liaise with the project site, subcontractors, and contractual issues

Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years in airport construction projects is preferred
