* Support and execute strategic M&A projects, from target identification through to post-acquisition integration. * Perform financial analysis, valuation modelling, business plan reviews, and investment assessments. * Screen and evaluate acquisition opportunities across different markets and industries. * Coordinate due diligence processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. * Prepare investment materials, business cases, and presentations for senior decision-makers. * Build and maintain relationships with advisors, consultants, investment banks, and financing partners. * Support investment reporting and financing activities, including interactions with lending institutions. * For the Senior role: contribute to deal sourcing initiatives and act as a project lead on selected transactions.
