Looking for skilled Glass Installers – Norway (Lørenskog & Bærum)

**Glassmester1** is experiencing continued growth and is looking for skilled **Glass Installers** to join our team for exciting projects. We are recruiting for both our **Lørenskog** and **Bærum** branches.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Installation and replacement of glass, insulated glazing units, mirrors, shower enclosures, glass balustrades, glass partitions, doors, and simple aluminium/façade systems for both private and commercial customers.

- Measuring and assessing practical installation solutions.

- Document completed work with photos, report deviations, and complete work reports.

- Use digital systems for HSE, time registration, documentation, facility management documentation (O&M), and project follow-up.

- General practical duties related to daily operations, equipment, company vehicles, warehouse and workshop.

**Qualifications**

- Vocational qualification (trade certificate) is preferred, although relevant experience may compensate.

- Proven experience in glazing, construction, façade installation, window/door installation or similar skilled trades.

- Valid Category B driving licence.

- Good command of English or a Scandinavian language. Applicants who do not speak a Scandinavian language must be motivated and willing to learn Norwegian.

- Able to work independently, provide excellent customer service, and solve problems efficiently.

- Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications.
