You'll begin as a **packer** within the logistics department. There, you'll be responsible for carefully packing products according to quality and safety standards. Important: this role is performed in a refrigerated environment (cold storage/chilled warehouse).

Employees who demonstrate commitment, reliability, and strong performance can quickly progress to more advanced logistics roles following positive evaluations.

Possible next steps:

* **Order picker**: collecting and preparing customer orders
* **Warehouse worker**: loading and unloading trucks

Both these positions are performed in a deep-freeze environment of -22°C with an electrical pallet truck (EPT).
