This role ensures timely, compliant, and efficient movement of materials while supporting overall lab operations.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Courier & Fleet Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise and coordinate daily activities of courier staff, including scheduling, routing, and performance monitoring</li> <li>Ensure timely pickup and delivery of laboratory specimens, supplies, and documents</li> <li>Monitor fleet usage, maintenance schedules, and vehicle compliance (licenses, inspections, etc.)</li> <li>Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Inventory Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee inventory of laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables</li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory records using tracking systems</li> <li>Conduct regular audits and cycle counts</li> <li>Coordinate ordering and replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock</li> </ul> <p><strong>Logistics Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure proper handling, packaging, and transport of lab materials in compliance with regulatory and safety standards</li> <li>Collaborate with lab staff to prioritize urgent or time-sensitive deliveries</li> <li>Troubleshoot delays, delivery issues, or operational disruptions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance & Safety</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enforce adherence to OSHA, DOT, and laboratory safety regulations</li> <li>Train staff on proper handling of biological or hazardous materials</li> <li>Maintain documentation for audits and inspections</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Train, mentor, and evaluate courier and logistics personnel</li> <li>Develop schedules and manage staffing levels</li> <li>Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting & Process Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track and report key performance metrics (delivery times,…
