Senior Project Manager – Fever Originals, Canada

Who you'll work with

You will join our Canadian Fever Originals team, based in Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver, working closely with our teams and directly engaging with partners, providers, and venues. In this role, you will play a leading role in expanding Fever Originals across Canada, working with local and global teams and building strategic relationships with venues and partners.

The team you’re about to join consists of people who are motivated, talented, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Fever Originals experiences across Canada by working across global and local teams. You will help shape which experiences we bring to the Canadian market, lead venue sourcing and commercial negotiations, oversee project development and delivery in partnership with the Production team, and build strategic relationships with external partners.

You’ll own the success of a portfolio of Fever Originals experiences, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution from project confirmation through launch and beyond. You will take ownership of some of our most complex and strategically important projects, navigating ambiguity, making sound commercial decisions, and driving results with a high degree of autonomy.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly, achieve ambitious business goals, and create the foundation for future growth.

You will

• Lead complex, high-impact projects end to end, from market assessment and venue negotiations through launch and ongoing operations, with full accountability for results.

• Drive strategic and commercial decisions, independently evaluating opportunities, building business cases, and making recommendations that balance growth, profitability, and operational feasibility.

• Own financial performance, managing P&Ls, budgets, and investments while identifying opportunities to maximize revenue, profitability, and return on investment.

• Lead strategic partnerships and negotiations with venues, landlords, and external partners to secure commercially attractive agreements and support Fever's expansion.

• Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution, aligning teams, challenging assumptions, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely decisions.

• Anticipate risks and raise the bar for execution, proactively solving complex problems, improving processes, and coaching less-experienced team members.

Preferred Qualifications

You have a proven track record of independently leading complex and commercially significant projects with multiple stakeholders, from planning through execution and reporting. You combine strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and drive results across parallel workstreams.

You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are equally comfortable analyzing data, identifying new opportunities, making decisions, or collaborating with partners to deliver exceptional experiences. You’re detail-oriented yet strategic, able to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and think bigger about how we grow and scale events across markets.

This role requires grit, resourcefulness, operational rigor, strong financial acumen, commercial judgment, and creative problem-solving. You proactively identify risks before they become problems, develop pragmatic solutions, and drive them through to execution. You are comfortable challenging the status quo, influencing senior stakeholders, and taking ownership of difficult decisions, while knowing when to escalate issues that require broader alignment.

Candidates should be passionate about live entertainment and events.

Professional Experience

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience independently leading complex projects, commercial initiatives, or business operations.

• Strong academic background with demonstrated ability to apply analytical and structured thinking.

• Experience in management consulting, project or partner management, or entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Experience managing budgets, business cases, or P&L performance is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across teams and with senior external partners.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, combined with financial acumen and sound commercial judgment.
