In this role, you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.<br>The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. </span></p> <h4><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">About the Role:</span></strong></h4> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Producer to join the Fever Originals team. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role spans technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership, and requires strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed and quality. You will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, our partners and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Technical Production</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Interpret and validate CAD drawings, including lighting, sound, and power plans.</span></li> <li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Validate site requirements with technical/creative leads; conduct and analyze site visits.</span></li> <li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Apply cross-department technical knowledge, including F&B, lighting, audio, stage, and video.</span></li> <li style="text-align: left;">Oversee permitting from site assembly, through building permits to F&B, with hands-on venue preparation experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design & Pre-Production</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate design reviews with creative and technical teams.</span></li> <li style="text-align: left;">Ensure concepts align with client vision, technical feasibility, and financial targets.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Process & Administration</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain production bibles, handovers, and documentation.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and track production schedules, Gantt charts, and milestones</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Enjoy working with multiple platforms and complex processes</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Budgeting</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain production budgets throughout the feasibility, sign off and operational stages of production.</span></li> <li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ongoing monitoring of local operational spends and identifying of optimization opportunities</span></li> <li…
