Legal & Trade Compliance Executive (Law Firm/Manufacturing)

About this role

• Oversee security trade compliance, business contracts, dispute resolution, and regulatory programs.

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, internal policies, and regional legal frameworks.

• Provide guidance and training to employees on legal, compliance, and security trade policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements in alignment with company policies.
Requirements:

• Degree in Legal, International Business, or equivalent.

• At least 4 years of experience in trade compliance, legal compliance, and export regulations.

• Background in law firms or in-house legal roles, with experience handling disputes and compliance programs.

• Proficient in reviewing and managing business contracts in a manufacturing industry.

• Familiar with SAP processes and export control documentation.
