We are seeking highly collaborative penultimate year students to join our Community Team as Intern. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Mission:
Join our Hong Kong Corporate Secretarial team as a Legal Tech Intern for a 6-month contract/internship. You will operate at the intersection of corporate governance, Hong Kong Companies Ordinance compliance, and digital corporate secretarial solutions. Reporting to the Corporate Secretarial Manager, you will assist with statutory filings, manage client data within Sleek’s digital platform, and support process automation in corporate administration.

Outcomes:

Digital Operations & Data Hygiene: Audit and maintain electronic registers, statutory record databases, and automated workflow triggers within Sleek’s platform.
Process Optimization Support: Identify manual touchpoints in standard filings (e.g., Form NAR1, BR updates) and assist in refining digital templates or automated workflows.
Digital Onboarding & Tech Compliance: Execute digital KYC/AML verification checks using integrated compliance tools during client onboarding.
Requirements
To be applicable for this role,  you will need to be located in Singapore and be able to commit to a 6-months internship period.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Higher Diploma in Corporate Governance, Law, Computer Science/Information Systems with a legal focus, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong digital literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to SaaS platforms, internal systems, and automated workflow tools.
Basic understanding of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and statutory compliance requirements.
Active student membership with HKCGI, or candidates working towards GradCG status, will be considered a strong advantage.

Legal & Right to Work Requirements
Must be based in Hong Kong and possess valid legal authorization to work full-time or complete an internship in Hong Kong.
Eligible candidates may include those holding a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, IANG Visa, or a valid Student Visa with approved internship arrangements from their educational institution and/or the Immigration Department.
Candidates who do not require visa sponsorship will be preferred.
