Legal Officer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About this role

• Execute legal proceedings as instructed by supervisor ranging from information gathering to liaising with the solicitors to ensure the progress is on schedule and on the right track

• Review all legal documents of the Company vetted by solicitors

• Preferred with knowledge of perusal of commercial contract

• Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption in professional and integrity way

• Keep good filing works of the legal documents
Requirements

• Diploma in Legal Studies is highly preferred, or equivalent qualifications, as well as HKQF level 3

• At least 2 years of legal working experience in litigation and/ or conveyancing matters is preferable

• Possess knowledge in legal documents including but not limited to court documents (i.e. pleadings, judgement and legal research), land search, mortgage and discharge

• Self-motivated, attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Immediately available is highly preferred
