Our teams operate globally, including significant operations in the US, and we are looking for an In-House Legal Councel to join our legal team.</p> <p data-start="567" data-end="690"> </p> <h3 data-start="697" data-end="717">About the Role</h3> <p data-start="274" data-end="424">We are expanding our legal team and are seeking a talented, creative, and commercially focused Legal Counsel to join Eon at a pivotal stage of growth.</p> <p data-start="426" data-end="773">We’re looking for a business-savvy and solutions-oriented Legal Counsel who thrives on tackling complex contracts, navigating negotiations, and driving deals forward. This role is particularly suited for someone with a strong in-house mindset and experience supporting a variety of teams and initiatives, including US-facing commercial activities.</p> <p data-start="775" data-end="1097">This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-impact team where your legal expertise will directly contribute to Eon’s success. You should be comfortable operating in a product-driven environment, advising on technology, AI-related considerations, and data/privacy frameworks, while also contributing to the development of efficient and scalable legal processes.</p> <h3 data-section-id="164ueu3" data-start="1486" data-end="1510"> </h3> <h3 data-start="1246" data-end="1266">What You’ll Do</h3> <ul data-start="1512" data-end="2488"> <li data-section-id="akcfp4" data-start="1512" data-end="1681">Serve as a legal business partner to Eon’s revenue and product teams across Israel and the US, translating legal concepts and risks into practical business guidance.</li> <li data-section-id="1w1p3nj" data-start="1682" data-end="1896">Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including those with US-based customers and partners, as well as global suppliers supporting marketing, operations, and product needs.</li> <li data-section-id="x529sx" data-start="1897" data-end="2042">Partner with product and engineering teams on technology and AI-related legal matters, including identifying and mitigating associated risks.</li> <li data-section-id="15djsyx" data-start="2043" data-end="2190">Support privacy and data protection compliance, including advising on data processing frameworks and cross-border data transfer considerations.</li> <li data-section-id="64cu0q" data-start="2191" data-end="2311">Help design, implement, and improve legal processes, templates, and workflows to support scalability and efficiency.</li> <li data-section-id="c0chna" data-start="2312" data-end="2419">Manage a high-volume workload, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li data-section-id="167k1jj" data-start="2420" data-end="2488">Ensure agreements comply with company policies and risk tolerance.</li> </ul> <hr data-start="2490" data-end="2493"> <h3 data-section-id="12f3so4" data-start="2495" data-end="2513"> </h3> <h3 data-start="2078" data-end="2101">What You’ll Bring</h3> <ul data-start="2515" data-end="4042"> <li data-section-id="1pi9ofr" data-start="2515" data-end="2656">4+ years of legal experience, with in-house experience strongly preferred, particularly in a fast-growing software or technology company.</li> <li data-section-id="mvppq8" data-start="2657" data-end="2778">Admission to the bar and in good standing, or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel or New York (mandatory).</li> <li data-section-id="1ilq3wb" data-start="2779" data-end="2868">Experience working with or supporting US-based customers, teams, or legal frameworks.</li> <li data-section-id="2des27" data-start="2869" data-end="2991">Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and support deal execution.</li> <li data-section-id="ywqec9" data-start="2992" data-end="3156">Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and supplier agreements.</li> <li data-section-id="jpc9ti" data-start="3157" data-end="3266">Experience working with product and technology teams, with a solid understanding of SaaS…
