* Partner with management to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
* Design, create and continuously improve training materials, manuals, guides and digital learning content.
* Deliver engaging training sessions for both new hires and existing employees.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements where needed.
* Maintain training records and monitor employee learning progress.
* Provide individual coaching and ongoing support to customer service professionals.
* Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
* Research and introduce modern training methodologies and best practices.
* Contribute to various projects related to employee development and organisational learning.
* Travel occasionally to other company sites to facilitate training sessions.
