This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver programs that enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, communication skills, and overall professional development. Success in this role is defined by the seamless execution of learning initiatives, strong learner engagement and satisfaction, and effective coordination across regions. The role also drives improved participation and completion metrics while ensuring positive stakeholder feedback on learning programs and support.
