This role bridges the gap between sophisticated design paradigms and front-end engineering, heavily leveraging modern responsive frameworks and cutting-edge, AI-based design tools to accelerate wireframing, component generation, and rapid prototyping. You will collaborate deeply with product and engineering teams to ensure design choices seamlessly map to functional code while optimizing for performance, browser compatibility, and internationalization.</p> <p data-path-to-node="7">This role is critical to transforming data-heavy information and self-service resources into seamless, intuitive, and highly accessible digital products. As a senior leader, you will own the end-to-end design strategy, ensuring that user-centricity is maintained throughout project execution. By anchoring the fusion of design and front-end feasibility, your work will directly elevate product usability and accelerate time-to-market for our global audience.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="8">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="9"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Lead and Anchor</strong> the overall UX/UI strategy, thought leadership, and execution for applications, customer portals, and employee portals.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Design and Build</strong> scalable web interfaces and design systems, establishing CSS/styling standards and component library selections across <strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="136">React</strong>, <strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="143">Blazor</strong>, and <strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="155">Bootstrap</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Own</strong> the user research and discovery process by analyzing target audiences, business goals, and technical limitations to architect sitemaps, user task flows, and navigational structures.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Accelerate</strong> the design lifecycle by utilizing AI-augmented workflows and advanced prototyping tools (<strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="100">Figma AI</strong>, <strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="110">Claude Design</strong>) to deliver high-fidelity mockups and rapid graphical prototypes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Champion</strong> accessibility and inclusivity across all platforms, leveraging <strong data-path-to-node="9,4,0" data-index-in-node="72">Section 508 compliance</strong> knowledge and usability heuristics during design reviews and testing.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Collaborate</strong> directly with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex UI problems, ensuring smooth translation of design systems into production-ready front-end code.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="10">Requirements</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="11"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">5+ years</strong> of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within complex, data-heavy, or enterprise-level applications.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Advanced English</strong> proficiency (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strong Portfolio</strong> or GitHub repository demonstrating a history of launching intuitive user interfaces and sophisticated interaction design.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Tech Stack…
