We drive execution of strategic initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, accelerate delivery, and enable scalable business growth.</p> <p>We are seeking a<strong> Lead Technical Program Manager</strong> to join our growing team. This individual contributor role serves as the Directly Responsible Individual for assigned initiatives, accountable for delivery outcomes, execution rigor, and stakeholder alignment. We are looking for someone who embodies our core values in how they operate – taking full ownership of outcomes, bringing a data-driven and quality-first mindset to decision-making, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve how teams plan, execute, and deliver.</p> <p>Equally important, this individual leads with integrity and respect – building trust across teams, communicating transparently, and fostering a collaborative, low-ego environment where teams can do their best work together.</p> <h4>What Does Success In the Role Look Like</h4> <ul> <li>Predictable, on-time delivery of complex cross-functional technical initiatives.</li> <li>Clear, trusted visibility into program status, risks, and progress for stakeholders and leadership.</li> <li>Reduced execution friction across Product, Engineering, and Data teams.</li> <li>Improved consistency, rigor, and transparency in planning and delivery practices.</li> </ul> <h4>What You'll Do</h4> <h4>Project & Program Leadership</h4> <ul> <li>Manage cross-functional technical projects and contribute to larger program initiatives from initiation through execution, delivery and operationalization for healthcare and life sciences data and analytics products.</li> <li>Manage product development initiatives across Product and Engineering and/or technical initiatives with IT.</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, success metrics, dependencies, and implementation plans and drive alignment and commitment to delivery outcomes</li> <li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, communication plans, release schedules, and status reporting.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.</li> <li>Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and program governance activities.</li> <li>Drive quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, prioritization, and execution tracking activities.</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of program and project management practices.</li> <li>Drive decision-making across stakeholders by clearly framing tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations, and escalating with proposed paths forward.</li> <li>Partner closely with…
