We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME)–level Lead Systems Engineer to plan, coordinate, and oversee the development and implementation of new systems and technologies. This role provides technical and management leadership on major engineering assignments, translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving the implementation of scaled agile methodologies across a System of Systems (SoS). The Lead Systems Engineer owns systems engineering management processes, the Integration and Implementation Plan (IIP), and technical integration across stakeholders. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall program implementation. May supervise others.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Establish, document, and maintain systems engineering management process documentation, including the SEMP, Test and Evaluation Management Plans (TEMP), and Concept of Operations

• Create and maintain the Integration and Implementation Plan (IIP), defining major and interim milestones, Readiness Review (RR) success criteria, and SoS integration narrative

• Support technical integration within all functional areas of Operational Delivery and integrated product teams in accordance with the SEMP

• Facilitate and support Technical Review Boards (TRBs) as required
