In this role, you will provide technical leadership for the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise software solutions while helping drive our AI-first engineering transformation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You will lead architecture initiatives, guide engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and champion AI-assisted development practices that improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.</span></p> <div> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive technical direction for major WFM capabilities and cross-functional initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable server-side solutions using Java technologies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define and promote architecture standards, engineering best practices, and reusable design patterns.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead design reviews, architectural decisions, and resolution of complex technical challenges.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own and evolve AI-assisted development practices, including coding agents, workflows, tooling, guardrails, and quality metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture, delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead root-cause analysis of critical production issues and drive long-term corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Mentor engineers and technical leaders through coaching, reviews, and knowledge sharing.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with Product, QA, Cloud, Security, Support, and Services teams to ensure successful delivery.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities, recommending adoption based on business value and engineering impact.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile development practices and engineering excellence.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Required Qualifications</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">12+ years of software engineering experience, including extensive Java web application development.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience leading architecture and technical initiatives across multiple teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, JUnit, and Mockito.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;…
