Nous réécrivons en interne notre ATS/CRM, la plateforme qui sert les agences d’intérim à sourcer, suivre et placer leurs candidats, avec un objectif de sortie au printemps 2027, puis la migration des clients. Tu rejoins l’équipe début 2027 pour piloter la dernière ligne droite de la refonte et structurer la phase de migration client comme Lead Software Engineer (Staff Engineer - ATS & Agentic Engineering) : tu pilotes l’équipe au quotidien et tu portes ses standards techniques.
