LEAD REGIONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE DISPATCHER (OA)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following specialized experience: 1) Processing and recording pertinent data for incoming emergency and non-emergency calls. 2) Dispatching the appropriate responding fire, ambulance and police units.3)Knowledge and experience operating 9-1-1 systems to include Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), radio dispatch equipment, recording devices and multi-function telephones. 4) Possess a strong foundation in emergency dispatching, demonstrating critical decision making and skills that support effective communication and multi-tasking.
