BURNSVILLE, MN | $85K–$100K+/YR

THE MONEY (READ THIS PART)
$40/hr GUARANTEED. Floor, not a ceiling.
$1,600/week minimum — even on a slow week.
Full System Install: $900
Attic Air Handler: $1,200
Half System: $450
Mini Splits: $400–$1,200 (1 to 5 heads)
Sales bonuses on top — comfort controls, zone systems, humidifiers, and more
$25–$50 per membership sold
Meetings/training? Still paid.
You work harder, you install more, you sell smart — you make more. No cap. Let your buddy at the other shop try to match that.
THE JOB
Install furnaces, ACs & accessories — done right, to spec
Fab and run ductwork
Handle flue, gas, refrigerant vacuums
Wire low-voltage stuff
Keep your site clean and your van stocked
Walk homeowners through their new system
Be a pro. Represent the brand.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED
1+ year HVAC install experience (residential a plus)
Valid driver's license
Good attitude, strong work ethic
Willing to learn
Pass a background check + work simulation
18+, live within 60 miles of Burnsville
