This is a high-impact, strategic role focused equally on technical leadership and hands-on execution. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our data infrastructure, while mentoring teammates and partnering cross-functionally to drive analytics innovation across the company.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You'll Do:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":300,"335559739":300,"335559740":279}"> </span></p> <p>If you were part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week:</p> <ul> <li>Mentored fellow data engineers through code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical planning sessions</li> <li>Led the design and implementation of scalable, secure data pipelines using dbt, Apache Airflow, and SQL</li> <li>Collaborated with Product Managers to launch new customer-facing analytics capabilities</li> <li>Partnered with DevOps to optimize cloud infrastructure with Terraform and AWS-managed services</li> <li>Built and maintained integrations with MySQL, SQL Server, and OLAP systems to support product insights and internal operations</li> <li>Participated in our on-call rotation to ensure platform reliability and performance</li> <li>Contributed to the hiring, onboarding, and professional development of the Data Engineering team</li> <li>Explored and evaluated new tools—including AI-assisted coding platforms like Claude and Windsurf—to improve engineering workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You'll Need:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":300,"335559739":300,"335559740":279}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in SQL and Python</li> <li>Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and data services</li> <li>Familiarity with MySQL, SQL Server, and OLAP databases</li> <li>Experience using Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools</li> <li>Expertise in modern data tooling, particularly dbt and Apache Airflow</li> <li>Operating reliable and performant pipelines in production environments</li> <li>Building data platforms that support both internal stakeholders and external customers</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Compensation:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":300,"335559739":300,"335559740":279}"> </span></p> <p><em><span data-contrast="none">We believe in equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is a core value.
