This position is responsible for processing all release of information (ROI) , specifically medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associates must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations. This is an intermediate level position with at least 1 year related HIM experience.

Position Highlights

This is a Hybrid role - traveling between 50-80% of the time to following locations: Bolivar, MO and Mountain Home, AR

• Full Time: Monday-Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm

• Responsible for maintaining on-site operational coverage to ensure smooth daily workflow

• Providing frontline support by answering staff questions and resolving issues, training and onboarding team members, and monitoring performance to identify and address gaps in efficiency.

• Support process improvements and help maintain quality and productivity standards.

• Involves basic operational reporting and serving as a liaison between staff and leadership to ensure clear communication and overall team effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology

• Familiar with different EHR and Billing Systems

• Experience working with subpoenas
