Problem Definition & Strategic Design Thinking</p> <ul> <li class="p1"><strong>Identify high-leverage opportunities</strong> for AI to eliminate creative friction and operational bottlenecks.</li> <li class="p1">Translate ambiguous business goals into a concrete multi-year roadmap for AI-assisted design workflows.=</li> <li class="p1">Advocate for a "human-in-the-loop" philosophy, ensuring AI enhances rather than replaces human intuition.</li> </ul> <p class="p1">2. Interaction & System Design</p> <ul> <li class="p1">Architect the <strong>next generation of our design system</strong>, moving from static components to intelligent, context-aware patterns.</li> <li class="p1">Define new interaction paradigms for AI (LLM interfaces, generative UI, and predictive workflows).</li> <li class="p1">Ensure systemic consistency across complex, data-heavy product surfaces.</li> </ul> <p class="p1">3. Data-Driven Design & Autonomous Analytics</p> <ul> <li class="p1">Leverage product usage data and AI-driven insights to automate usability testing and feedback loops.</li> <li class="p1">Design autonomous dashboards that proactively alert the team to design regressions or optimization opportunities.</li> <li class="p1">Use quantitative signals to validate the impact of productivity tools on shipping velocity.</li> </ul> <p class="p1">4. Technical & Operational Insight</p> <ul> <li class="p1">Partner deeply with Engineering to understand the constraints and possibilities of model architectures (LLMs, Diffusion, etc.).</li> <li class="p1">Bridge the gap between design intent and technical feasibility, ensuring the AI system is performant and scalable.</li> <li class="p1">Operationalize design AI, creating playbooks for how teams should prompt, train, and interact with internal tools.</li> </ul> <p class="p1">5.
