Jobomschrijving

Advise Belgian and international clients on individual and collective employment law matters.

Handle complex employment-related projects, including:

* Collective dismissals
* Employment regulations and policies
* Cross-border employment issues
* Service agreements
* Employment litigation
* Social law implications of restructurings, insolvencies, and corporate transactions

Support clients involved in mergers and acquisitions from an employment law perspective.

Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documentation.

Work closely with senior lawyers, Counsel, and partners while progressively taking ownership of files.

Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to clients across multiple sectors.
