Job Description

Atwell is seeking experienced Right of Way Specialists to support a large-scale electric transmission infrastructure project spanning portions of Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a long-duration transmission initiative supporting critical energy infrastructure across rural communities and developing energy corridors. We are looking for professionals who are comfortable working independently in the field, building relationships with landowners, and navigating complex right of way activities across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidates with regional knowledge, transmission experience, and strong landowner communication skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support right of way acquisition activities for electric transmission projects

• Conduct landowner outreach and facilitate property negotiations

• Coordinate with project teams, title resources, and client stakeholders

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

• Support field-based project activities and stakeholder engagement

• Work collaboratively with internal land, title, and project management teams

• Travel throughout assigned project areas as needed

Qualifications

• Prior right of way, land acquisition, easement, or transmission project experience required
