Junior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team. If you're passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Design engaging and user-centred experiences for mobile applications and web platforms.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Participate in iterative design processes, rapidly incorporating feedback and refining solutions.
Critically evaluate design approaches and proactively suggest alternative solutions when appropriate.
Adapt designs to meet each client's unique business goals and user needs.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers throughout the product lifecycle.
Present and defend design concepts to clients, clearly communicating design decisions and recommendations.
Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital products.
Requirements
What we're looking for
Previous professional experience in UX/UI Design is a strong plus.
Strong proficiency with Figma.
A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects for both mobile and web applications.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design thinking.
Dynamic, proactive, and highly organised profile with excellent critical thinking skills.
Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Mandatory).
Availability to undertake a Professional Internship (Estágio Profissional) is valued, but not mandatory. We also offer the possibility of a B2B contract.
Nice to have
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
Experience collaborating with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
