In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Junior Treasurer/Accountant.

Position Summary
A Junior Treasurer/Accountant plays a crucial role in managing the financial assets and liquidity of the company. Is responsible for supporting the management of the company’s financial resources and ensuring efficient cash flow.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Implement treasury policies and procedures
Monitors and observes the periodic treasury needs
Processing treasury payments and archiving related documentation
Book-keeping of all types of payments using the group’s accounting software package
Reconciling bank statements
Identifying and resolving discrepancies with cash/checks transactions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in treasury, accounting or finance role will be considered a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to meet deadlines
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and particularly MS Excel will be considered a plus
Attention to detail
Identify operational gaps and propose improvements that enhance internal efficiency.
