We are looking for a Junior NOC Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in financial market operations. In this role, you will provide Level 1 technical support and assist with Level 2 troubleshooting across network and infrastructure environments. You will be responsible for monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and helping ensure the stability and availability of critical services. As part of a high-availability, 24/7 operational environment, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support business-critical operations. Responsabilities: Monitor infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure availability, performance, and operational stability; Manage, track, and escalate incidents when required; Perform technical troubleshooting in critical environments, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues; Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support incident resolution and service continuity; Follow operational procedures and ensure compliance with defined standards. Requirements Around 1 year of experience in a NOC, IT Support, Infrastructure Support, Service Desk, or similar technical environment; Familiarity with infrastructure and network monitoring concepts; Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., LibreNMS, Nagios, Grafana, LogicMonitor, or similar); Basic understanding of network and system infrastructure concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, and general connectivity troubleshooting; Exposure to Cisco and/or Juniper environments is a plus; Familiarity with virtualization, storage, backup solutions, or performance monitoring tools is considered an advantage; Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Ability to work in a shift-based environment (including nights/weekends, if applicable).
Nice to Have Interest or exposure to scripting, automation, programming, and/or Artificial Intelligence; Previous experience in a high-availability or mission-critical environment.
