Junior .NET Developer

Alongside is a Portuguese company that partners with international organizations to build and scale exceptional tech teams. We are looking for a Junior .NET Developer to join a leading company in the banking sector. This is a great opportunity for an early-career developer who wants to build their expertise in Microsoft technologies while working on enterprise-scale applications.

Responsabilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C# and .NET. Support the development of web applications using ASP.NET MVC and Blazor. Assist in the development and integration of REST and SOAP APIs. Work with Microsoft SQL Server databases. Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and business analysts throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (mandatory). Up to 1 year of experience developing with C# and .NET (including internships or academic projects). Basic knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, or Entity Framework. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience using Visual Studio and GitHub. Understanding of REST APIs (SOAP knowledge is a plus).
