As part of the IT team, you will be the first point of contact for end users and help ensure a smooth and efficient IT experience across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing first-line IT support to employees.
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
* Managing incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
* Preparing and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities.
* Escalating complex issues when necessary and following up to resolution.
* Delivering excellent customer service to users at all levels of the business.
