Junior IT Specialist (Cloud & Networking)

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Specialist, ideally a recent graduate, to join our IT and Analytics team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal users, handling support tickets related to access management, cloud services, networking, and Linux-based systems. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience across a broad range of modern IT technologies in a collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities

• Handle and resolve user support tickets in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage user access and identities in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure: Entra ID, role assignments, resource access).

• Support networking-related requests, including VLAN configuration, VPN access, and general connectivity troubleshooting.

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based devices and servers (user management, permissions, services, basic scripting).

• Assist with day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure maintenance.

• Document solutions, procedures, and configurations in the internal knowledge base.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and escalate complex issues where needed.

Who are you?

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (Azure Portal, Entra ID / Azure AD, access management).

• Good working knowledge of Linux operating systems (command line, user and permission management, basic troubleshooting).

• Understanding of IT support processes and ticketing systems.

• Strong team player with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requests.

• Excellent communication skills: able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
