In this role, you will support the sales team by helping manage customer requests and ensuring a smooth and timely follow-up. You will be an important point of contact for customers and will assist in preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams.

Tasks;

* Manage a shared mailbox and respond to incoming customer requests in a timely manner * Support in analyzing customer needs and gathering missing information when needed * Assist in preparing and sending quotations, with guidance from senior colleagues * Follow up on quotes and maintain clear communication with customers * Coordinate with Sales Managers and Business Developers to ensure proper follow-up * Provide administrative support and help keep internal processes organized * Gradually take ownership of standard requests as you gain experience * Contribute to outreach activities (e.g., contacting prospects, scheduling meetings) when needed
