Join the HR Operations team and support a variety of people-related activities while working closely with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment Support

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage recruitment-related administrative activities and documentation.

• Support communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

Learning & Development

• Assist with the administration and coordination of training programmes.

• Maintain and update employee training records.

• Support the upkeep of L&D-related documentation.

HR Operations

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Operations team.

• Assist with general HR processes and documentation.

• Support ad-hoc HR projects and other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management or a related discipline.

• Relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR operations or generalist HR support.

• Good organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders and managing multiple tasks.

• Proactive, dependable and willing to take a hands-on approach.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
