Junior Commercial Project Manager – Southern Europe

As a Junior Commercial Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of commercial projects across the Southern European market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope.

You will play a key role in supporting project execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication between teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their project management skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Coordinate with cross team members, providers and suppliers to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

• Work alongside other PMs, product owner, designers, developers and QA teams to track deliverables and milestone

• Assist in the management of project scope, ensuring change requests are properly documented and assisted

• Support the definition of project tasks and resource requirements and allocation.

• Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information

• Assist with internal and external communication

• Active participation in continuous improvement methodology ensuring a certain quality standard upon product launch (MVP) followed by further improvements based on iterative and evaluative feedback.

• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure flagship campaigns are optimised

• Evaluation and filtering of project requests by the internal stakeholders of the team

What we are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in project management

• Previous experience managing projects of medium scale

• Technical background with a good understanding of different platforms and technologies is a plus

• Experience liaising with Commercial, Operations and Marketing to either solve problems or deliver projects

• iGaming experience would be a great asset
