Junior Commercial Project Manager – Southern Europe

<p class="isSelectedEnd"> </p> <h2><strong>The Wow</strong></h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">As a Junior Commercial Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of commercial projects across the Southern European market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope.</p> <p>You will play a key role in supporting project execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication between teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their project management skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.</p> <h2><strong>A taster of what you will be involved with: </strong></h2> <ul> <li>Coordinate with cross team members, providers and suppliers to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules</li> <li>Work alongside other PMs, product owner, designers, developers and QA teams to track deliverables and milestone </li> <li>Assist in the management of project scope, ensuring change requests are properly documented and assisted</li> <li>Support the definition of project tasks and resource requirements and allocation.</li> <li>Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information</li> <li>Assist with internal and external communication</li> <li>Active participation in continuous improvement methodology ensuring a certain quality standard upon product launch (MVP) followed by further improvements based on iterative and evaluative feedback.</li> <li>Work with internal stakeholders to ensure flagship campaigns are optimised</li> <li>Evaluation and filtering of project requests by the internal stakeholders of the team  </li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="46" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">1-3 years of experience in project management </span></li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="46" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Previous experience managing projects of medium scale</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="46" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Technical background with a good understanding of different platforms and technologies is a plus</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="46" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Experience liaising with Commercial, Operations and Marketing to either solve problems or deliver projects</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="46" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">iGaming experience would be a great asset</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="46" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}"…
