**Business Analyst Responsibilities**

* Support senior consultants during client workshops by capturing requirements, documenting workflows, and organizing functional designs. * Assist senior consultants in the functional analysis, configuration, and parameterization of factoring platforms under expert guidance. * Help our experts executing data migration activities, including validation, data mapping, and reconciliation. * Provide support for live business operations, helping troubleshoot and resolve functional issues for clients. * Dive deep into key lending processes such as collections, payments, and reporting to become a subject matter expert over time. * Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support the functional leads in delivering project milestones. * Assist in capacity management and writing process documentation.

**Required Expertise & Skills**

* Core Software & Industry Expertise * A strong interest in the financial sector, specifically Receivables Finance. * A fundamental understanding of lending or banking operations is preferred. * Bonus (but not required): Any basic exposure to platforms like Lendscape, Codix, Aptic or Efcom, or factoring products (Invoice Discounting, Credit Insurance) is a huge plus. We will teach you the rest!

**Technical & Analytical Skills**

* Basic to intermediate SQL skills with an interest in data analysis and reporting. * Familiarity with data migration concepts or system interfaces. * Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. * Strong interest in AI technology. * Business process modeling.
