JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

The Junior Business Analyst will support business and technical teams by gathering requirements, creating documentation, and assisting in the delivery of solutions on ServiceNow. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are detail-oriented and passionate about business analysis, documentation, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Create and maintain clear project documentation, including user stories and process flows.

• Support analysis of business processes and workflows.

• Work with senior Business Analysts and technical teams to refine requirements.

• Help prepare functional specifications and solution documents.

• Assist in updating and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support testing activities by documenting test cases and expected outcomes.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience (internships, academic projects, or bootcamps included).

• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC.

• Strong writing and documentation skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Requirements documentation and user story writing

• Process mapping and workflow documentation

• Basic understanding of ServiceNow (preferred)

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and documentation tools

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
