At **Legend Biotech in Zwijnaarde**, you will have the opportunity to participate in the production of advanced **CAR-T cell therapies**, an innovative form of cancer treatment. You will work in a highly technological GMP-regulated environment.

* Working daily in a Class A/B/C/D cleanroom environment
* Ensuring the cleanliness of equipment and production areas

Performing various steps within the CAR-T manufacturing process, including:

* Cell isolation
* Cell selection, activation, and transduction
* Cell culture
* Aseptic processing
* Filling and finishing operations
* Cryopreservation

Manufacturing clinical and commercial ATMPs (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products)

* Adhering to all applicable quality and safety standards

Performing in-process controls on batch samples while maintaining the highest quality standards

Strictly following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), batch records, and GMP guidelines

* Recording and managing GMP documentation to ensure compliance and traceability

Supporting environmental monitoring and the maintenance of GMP production areas
