Your new company

Our client is an international service provider with a strong financial centre located in Groot-Bijgaarden. The organisation is known for its professional approach, stable growth and continuous focus on efficiency and quality. To strengthen the Corporate Accounting team, they are looking for a Junior Accountant.

Your new role

As a Junior Accountant, you will support the Senior Manager Corporate Accounting & Consolidation in the preparation of periodic and annual financial reporting. You will contribute to the accounting of the group's holding and financing entities and ensure the accurate processing of transactions, reconciliations and reports.
You prepare journal entries, trial balances and account reconciliations, assist with interim and annual financial statements and maintain contact with auditors. In addition, you support VAT filings and payment processing.
Within treasury, you follow up on intercompany and external loans, reconcile schedules and monitor daily cash pool movements. You actively contribute to process improvements and internal controls and assist in optimising and documenting financial processes. With the support of experienced colleagues and internal training, you will quickly grow into your role.
