We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join the finance team for a company in Leuven.

Your responsibilities will include:

AP accounting

* Register incoming invoices according to Belgian accounting and VAT principles and get them through

the approval cycle;
* Payments of suppliers and reconciliation of outgoing payments;
* Review and register expense notes.

General accounting

* Book and reconcile bank statements;
* Register journal entries;
* Register payroll bookings;
* Register fixed assets and book depreciations;
* Register prepaid expenses and provisions;
* Filing Belgian VAT returns;
* Register prepaid expenses and provisions.
