The ideal candidate will have a technical background with an interest in containerization technologies, and an understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development process</li> <li>Develop and manage containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes</li> <li>Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on VMWare or AWS infrastructure</li> <li>Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software</li> <li>Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment</li> <li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system operations</li> <li>Ensure security best practices are implemented across all stages of the development lifecycle</li> <li>Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and architecture</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need: </strong></p> <ul> <li>0-2 years of DevOps related experience (e.g.: containerization, CI/CD pipelines, etc.)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field</li> <ul> <li>Five (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a bachelor’s degree</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points if you have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)</li> <li>Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, or similar container and orchestration technologies</li> <li>Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.</li> <li>Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby</li> <li>Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation</li> <li>Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.</li> <li>Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Clearance</strong>:</p> <p>Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
