**Your role**
We’re looking for motivated Java Architects with a passion for **open-source technology** to support our **cloud integration projects**.

* **Design** and **develop** **software** systems using Java technologies
* Develop and **implement** software **architecture**
* Ensure **system performance**, **scalability**, and **maintainability**
* **Manage technical teams** and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and communicate solutions
* Identify and address **technical challenges** and issues in a timely and efficient manner
* **Define coding standards** and best practices for the team to follow
* Conduct **code reviews** and ensure quality control of code and architecture
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members
